Greetings, commanders!  Today I'll introduce you to Harald Menator, who serves as Minister of Defense for the Great Leader in A War of a Madman's Making!

Harald Menator is a veteran officer of the Gutanic Armed Forces, and served as field marshal during the Third Great War.  He is competent and experienced, but prefers not to concern himself with the operational details.  Throughout the game he'll serve as a peer and comrade, but given his long and colorful history with the Great Leader, you might not want to put all your eggs in Harald's basket.

Harald serves as a primary character in the game's story.  He is one of the three important ministers who comprises the Great Leader's personal cabinet, and as such there are many opportunities to sway him and get what you want - but be careful not to get swayed too far yourself!
