Greetings, commanders!

Big thanks to user Natsuri on my Discord for catching this one.  In short, there were a couple spots that accidentally threw you into the "face the leader about your debt" scene even if you weren't in debt! 

This bug is potentially game-breaking in the late stages, so I strongly encourage anyone who downloaded prior versions to save their game, download and install the new version (0.2.2.3), and continue playing from there.

Also, the same user pointed out a smaller bug where a background was broken and caused an error.  This was avoidable by continuing through it, but annoying nonetheless.
